HOW ACTIVITIES WORK
Activities are the core of our platform and provide you with the automation tools to add structure to your interactions, reducing the time you spend on repeated tasks.
Our Activities support SMS, Missed Calls, Mobile Payments and API Requests allowing each of these to trigger an Activity.
Each trigger can then be checked for a wide variety matching conditions such as; Does the SMS Contain "Yes", Is the Sender of the SMS in Group "Members", and more complex conditions grouping many other checks together.
When these triggers match (or do not match) conditions certain actions can be executed such as; Send an SMS, Upload an API Request, Put the Trigger in a Folder, and Update a Contact.
